10% advance is required to confirm booking.

Force Majeure

Tulkash Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, landslides, road closures, strikes, or government restrictions.

In such cases, we will strive to provide alternatives but refunds are subject to
            our Cancellation Policy.

Prohibited Items

Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Identification

Valid Government ID proof (Aadhar/Passport) must be presented to the driver before starting the trip.

User Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while booking or making a payment.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
